You’re talking nonsense, and noisy nonsense at that. Does God mess up? Does God Almighty ever get things backward? It’s plain that your children sinned against him— otherwise, why would God have punished them? Here’s what you must do—and don’t put it off any longer: Get down on your knees before God Almighty. If you’re as innocent and upright as you say, it’s not too late—he’ll come running; he’ll set everything right again, reestablish your fortunes. Even though you’re not much right now, you’ll end up better than ever.” – Job 8:7 INTRODUCTION CIRCA 2017 The bar was in full swing. Patrons were impatient as waitresses and waiters tried their best to get old and new customers' orders out. Spinach and artichoke dip, mozzarella sticks, and their number one seller, hot honey lemon pepper wings, were being served on trays. Some orders were correct while others were all types of fucked up. So no matter what game or match was on, he was going to be present, loud, and of course, drunk. It was suggested not to sit near him or his comrades if you were at least half-saved. Black and his people drank liquor back-to-back and used the most vulgar language, causing many of the new waitresses and customers to cringe. That was until they got used to it. "Black! You almost made me drop this damn clam chowder with all that carrying on your ass is doing!" Paula, the manager, scolded him. "First of all, who the fuck ordered clam chowder?" Earl asked as if that was the stupidest thing on the menu. "Damn, I knew
