Learning she is being held against her will, Gunner enlists a friend to fly him into enemy territory, keeping the Sons in the dark. He’ll allow no one to stop him from rescuing the one woman who captured his heart. Adriana returned to Mexico with Mateo Rodriguez, a man she abhors. Having witnessed his cruelty firsthand, she didn’t want her friends in the path of the kingpin’s retribution, even if leaving with him guaranteed the disgust of Gunner, the only man she loves. Now, the last person she expects to see coming to her rescue is the one she feared lost to her forever. On the run from the cartel and Mateo’s vengeance, Gunner will do anything to keep Adriana safe. But will she choose to stay with him once she realizes the man she loves is no longer mortal, but something even more lethal than any cartel kingpin? ~*~ Reviews of GUNNER “Gone is the surfer boy to be replaced by a hard, careful man that still has a heart of gold. Gunner will do anything for Adri including letting her go even if his other half is against it.” —Melanie, Goodreads ~*~ “It isn't very often that I feel rewarded for waiting on a book. I have been pacing, waiting on more of the Sons of Sangue, Washington chapter. Needing a fix, I had recently read all of the Sons of Sangue books. It made me want more, more more. Gunner is that more.” —Trudy, GoodReads ~*~ “A must read for anyone who love an adrenaline rush, passion kindling to flames, and the loyalty of family!” —Annette, GoodReads ~*~ “This story has a lot going on and is a page turner with lots of hot sizzles. I also like how some of the brothers from the Oregon chapter are brought in and of course Vlad! You can’t go wrong with reading this book it’s a keeper!” —J Andrade, GoodReads ~*~ “These Chapter 1 Motorcycle and man slid into the curve at a hundred miles per hour, narrowly missing the turn and skidding sideways into the guardrail. This was going to hurt, Gunner Anderson thought. Gravel kicked up in his wake and the bike slammed into the rail. The ass end flipped over the wood and steel, sending the Washington Sons of Sangue president face-first into the dirt and stone alongside the road. Bones snapped, his chest compressed, and skin ripped, leaving bloody road rashes as he slid along the shallow ravine of State Highway 410. Hell, he had barely applied the brakes, hoping to beat the braggart son of a bitch from the Blood ’n’ Rave in the stretch of dangerous curves near Chinook Creek. The crotch rocket behind him made the curve, its tires squealing as the other rider no doubt saw Gunner flip ass-over-end in his rearview mirror. The guy likely thought Gunner was dead. But that was the benefit of being a vampire. It took more than mangled bones and peeled flesh to take him out. The metallic flavor of his blood filled his mouth as he coughed up a fair amount. He’d heal. Already, he could hear his bones snapping back into place. Even so, it hurt like hell but he’d live to see another day. The motorcyclist he’d been racing pulled along the guardrail and peered over the side. “Jesus! You’re alive?” Gunner laughed, spitting up a bit more blood. “Looks that way. I think I fared better than my bike. I doubt she’s going to run again.” His Harley Davidson lay on its side, nothing but a tangle of metal and rubber. Good thing he worked for the Tepes twins at K&K Motorcycles, because he was going to need a new ride … again. It would be his third bike in less than three months. Maybe he ought to stop challenging the locals to race along Highway 410. The spike of adrenaline was hard to resist, and thankfully, most times he was the victor. Humans usually didn’t possess the balls it took to take the curves at the high rate of speed needed
