They’re warming me through the cool sheets that are twisted around my body. Nash has been rubbing my back since I woke up about thirty minutes ago. I’ve never been this content in my life. “You know we’ll have to leave this bed eventually.” “Wanna bet?” I sling my leg over him in an attempt to keep him in place. There’s not a chance I’m leaving this bed and I’m determined to keep him here too. He runs his hand over my thigh. “Is this supposed to keep me pinned down?” “It will keep you pinned down. There’s no way you have a counter move for it.” “You sure about that?” His hand starts crawling toward my side. “Don’t you dare,” I say, trying to roll away from him. He wraps his arm tightly around me to prevent my escape. “What’s wrong? I thought you were sure I didn’t have a counter move.” “Naaaash,” I say as I start to squirm, “watch yourself. You’re really close to getting a time out.” His hand stays idle for a few seconds to give me a false sense of security, then springs back into action, landing on my ribs. “Stop!” I jerk back and forth trying to get out of his hold. “No tickling! You know that’s not approved by the Geneva Conventions.” “The Geneva Conventions were written for POWs.” He mercifully stops tickling and moves his hand down to my butt. He gives it a little smack. “Are you my prisoner? I thought I was yours.” “You are.” I climb onto his body so we’re stomach to stomach. “And you will stay in this bed until I release you. You know this is my favorite
