Chapter 1NateThe black leather couch envelops me as I flop down and prop my feet on the coffee table. I just arrived in Portland from the Lewiston site, work boots and all.“Do you have to come into my club looking like that?” Luke says as he enters his office. Luke Thorne, ever the dapper man, is wearing a bespoke black three-piece suit with a crisp white dress shirt, open at the collar, with a splash of color in the form of a gold pocket square.
