It’s my wedding day, I’ve been sitting in this dressing room for an hour, waiting to walk down the aisle. Ellie, my older sister, shuts the door to muffle out my screams. I’m devastated. Call him and beg him to show up.” My mother holds the phone out to me. “Get me out of this dress!” I shout. Ellie runs behind me and pulls on the zipper. “No! I don’t care if I see another man again mother. I’m sick of doing this to please you. It’s not working!” I growl at her. Once unzipped, I let the white gown fall off my shoulders. It stops at my waist, exposing my bra.
